FIELD: electric drives with step motors. SUBSTANCE: method consists in pulse modulation of phase voltages on motor windings. To this end, relative pulse duration of control pulses supplied to switch connecting phase windings to power supply source is changed by changing the duration of these pulses. The above-mentioned duration is formed as a sum of corresponding pulses from series of standard (weight) pulses which duration pulses differ by multiple number of times equal to two. In this case, required voltage is formed across windings. EFFECT: higher accuracy of setting the step motor angle. 3 dwg
