FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering and can be used in systems of digital discrete electric drive with 2-phase step electric motor, which require accurate positioning of actuator on wide range of frequencies, in particular: CNC machines, robots, etc. In control method of 2-phase step electric motor, wherein pulse modulation of phase voltages on motor windings is carried out at pulse frequency and pulse ratio, do not change the duty ratio of control pulses of supply voltage supplied to power semiconductor converter of digital discrete electric drive, shift of period of their supply between phases is changed, number of electric states for the specified period is not changed and corresponds to the control mode without electrical crushing of pitch, the step frequency is successively alternated provided that their quantity is stored for the specified period.
EFFECT: high accuracy of positioning of a discrete electric drive by preventing resonance phenomenon of a step motor at corresponding supply voltage frequencies.
