SUBSTANCE: time relay that has pulse generator whose output is connected to frequency divider input, two decoders whose inputs are connected to respective outputs of pulse counter and outputs, to respective output buses, and power bus, is provided, in addition, with control bus, reset circuit, and switch whose inputs are connected to respective outputs of frequency divider, output, to input of pulse counter, and control input, to control bus, inhibit input of decoder, enable input of decoder, and to first input of reset circuit whose second input is connected to power bus and output, to reset input of divider and pulse counter.
