FIELD: electrical communications and computer engineering; cryptography. SUBSTANCE: method involves shaping of ENCRYPTING key, generation of D ≥ 1 binary vectors, shaping of Z ≥ 1 data blocks incorporating P ≥ 1 binary data code sections by attaching binary vectors to binary data code sections and conversion of data blocks under control of ENCRYPTING key. Novelty is that binary data code sections are additionally converted, before attaching binary vector to them, under control of binary vector using the latter as auxiliary ENCRYPTING key. EFFECT: improved stability of block cipher to all known methods of cryptoanalysis. 1 dwg
