FIELD: radio communication systems. SUBSTANCE: system controller functions to shape compressed fax message in radio communication system. System controller has optical image memory, optimal scanning angle analyzer, image rotating device, and fax coder. Image analyzer functions to analyze long line of part of memorized optical image by means of scanning angle. Optimal scanning angle analyzer identifies optical scanning angle using results of one or more image analysis procedures obtained by image analyzer. Image rotating device shapes corrected optical image from memorized optical image and optimal angle of image. Fax coder shapes compressed fax image from corrected optical image.
