FIELD: agriculture. SUBSTANCE: invention proposes presowing treatment of seeds with an aqueous solutions of biostimulating agent tris-(2-hydroxyethyl)- ammonium fumarate. Preparation effect is tested in experiments with Swedish turnip, cucumber and tomato seeds where seeds are wetted with 0.01-1.0% an aqueous solutions of tris-(2-hydroxyethyl)- ammonium fumarate. Agent increases seed germination by 48-87% and yield by 20-35%. Proposed agent does not show toxicity. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of an agent. 3 tbl, 6 ex
