BINDING AGENT FOR ROAD BUILDING Russian patent published in 1998 - IPC

FIELD: car road building. SUBSTANCE: binding agent has the following components, wt.-%: petroleum road bitumen 96-98; polymeric structurizing addition - an oily solution of synthetic high-molecular polybutadiene rubber (SVB-M) 1.6-3.0, and surface-active addition - oily-polymeric resin (NPS) 0.4-1.0. The proposed binding agent provides producing asphalt concrete coatings exhibiting the increased thermostability and resistance to cracks and increased adhesion to marble and sand. Binding agent can be used for making upper road layers. EFFECT: improved quality and property of binding agent. 2 tbl
