FIELD: construction and mining industry. SUBSTANCE: rock-crushing tool is intended for use in working members of mining and excavating machines. Rock-crushing tool has shank and wedge-shaped working part. Located on front surface of working part having wavy configuration are electrodes in the form of protrusions of drop-like shape, and stabilizer. Located on rear surface of wavy configuration are cutting member and shaped longitudinal slot with additional inclined slots, flow divider, and ultrasonic generator. Side surfaces are made with electrodes in the form of protrusions of drop-like shape, and with discharge amplifiers in the form of protrusions of triangle profile which are located ahead of adjoining additional inclined slots. Aforesaid embodiment of tool increases its productive capacity when working in hard rock. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 3 cl, 5 dwg
