FIELD: mining machinery and equipment. SUBSTANCE: this is intended for use in mining and earth-moving machines for fitting their working members. Tool is made of steel casting with amorphous-creating components and with initial structure of tempering sorbite. Rock-crushing tool has shank and wedge-shaped working part. Front surface of working part is of wavy configuration and it carries electrodes which are turbullators and stabilizer with resonator. Arranged on rear surface of wavy configuration are chipping-out member and shaped longitudinal slot together with flow divider which is displaced from longitudinal axis of symmetry. Depth of deflection ahead and after second cycloids of wavy surfaces are different in various embodiments of rock-crushing tool. When tool is made for use in monolithic rock, aforesaid values are equal respectively to 0.4, 0.75, 0.75 of diameter of circle which creates aforesaid cycloid and are actually equal to 9-20 mm. When rock-crushing tool is made for use in weakened mass of rock, aforesaid values can be respectively equal to 0.6, 1.0, 1.0 of diameter of circle which creates aforesaid cycloid and are actually equal to 14-56 mm. Application of aforesaid embodiment of tool allows for increasing rock crushing speed. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 2 cl, 3 dwg
