FIELD: TV equipment, in particular, transmitting TV cameras which has picture detectors using charge-coupled devices. SUBSTANCE: device has clock oscillator, matching amplifiers, picture detector using charge-coupled devices, video amplifier, mismatch detector, which has level detector, D flip-flop, reverse counter, code comparator, unit, which counts line or frame length, generator of end line or frame pulse. Goal of invention is achieved by introduced enabling shutter control unit, and exposing shutter control unit. Amplitude of video signal is controlled by means of alternation of charge accumulation period in sensitive section of picture detector using charge-coupled devices. EFFECT: increased precision of amplitude stabilization, simplified design. 3 dwg
