FIELD: TV cameras which image transducers are designed as charge-coupled devices. SUBSTANCE: device has clock oscillator, matching amplifiers, image transducer which is based on charge-coupled device, video amplifier, mismatch detector, D-flip-flop, reverse counter, unit for measuring length of frame or line, permission shutter control unit, optical shutter control unit, reset pulse generator. Amplitude of video signal is controlled by alteration of time constant for accumulation of photo charge in photo sensitive section of image transducer which is based on charge-coupled device.
