FIELD: chemical and construction engineering; preparation of liquid solutions and mixtures of natural nonmetallic materials. SUBSTANCE: ground lump material is directed together with flow of water to blades of centrifugal pump turbine cleaning it preliminarily of magnetized dust. After cleaning, portion of lump material is poured on surface of fixed screen wherefrom it is fed under stepped rollers by means of agitators. Material is subjected to multi-cycle phases of compression and tension in squeezing, drawing, cutting and feeding through screen mesh accompanied by hydraulic impacts of liquid flow. Hydraulic jet shifts lump material from state of high-speed delivery via pipe line to state of motion of complex destruction formed by each pair of working members of turbine and delivery of lump material through zone of multiple double compression and tension in space between two blades of repipheral centrifugal pump. As a result, the following procedures take place: multi-cycle intersection of boundary zones of compression of centrifugal flow of water shed, sliding of lump material relative to surface of turbine and transferring lump material to zone of wedging of mutually intersecting flows of saturated solution engageable over quadratic curves. Lump material is forced out of zone of centrifugal transfer of mass of liquid phase and is subjected to multi-cycle collision against housing of centrifuge. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency.
