FIELD: civil engineering; preparation of ecologically clean materials. SUBSTANCE: lump material loading unit has intake hopper rigidly coupled with inclined box chute of material duct. Intake part of hopper is made rectangular, with screened riffled bottom with upper and lower flanged connection. It has frame with supports made of channels interconnected by rectangular strips. Supports are connected in upper part by channels, and are provided with gusset plates and thrust bearings in lower part. Working part of hopper inclined surface has one-side and two-side tilted walls. Material duct has upper hatch and adapter dust collector connected with gate by means of intake chamber feed mechanism and with vibrating device by means of fixing of flanged connections. Vibrating device has resilient supports coupled with vibrating chute and rigidly connected with eccentric electric drive. EFFECT: increased capacity of unit, enhanced ecological protection of object. 2 dwg
