FIELD: assembling of valve disk having guide and plate. SUBSTANCE: method involves casting valve guide and valve plate and connecting guide with plate; casting valve guide from hard elastic material in first casting mold; subjecting casting mold surface, defining guide part to which valve plate is to be connected, to sandblasting for obtaining rough surface; withdrawing valve guide from first casting mold and placing it into second mold; supplying light-weight elastomer under pressure to second mold for forming valve plate so that elastomeric material comes into contact only with valve guide part which is in contact with rough surface of first mold. Method allows reliable long-term corrosion-resistant connection of plate with guide to be provided. Such connection is not destructed in humid corrosive medium of water and gas supply systems or in sewer systems. EFFECT: increased efficiency in obtaining strong, corrosion-resistant connections of valve, increased service life and enhanced reliability in operation. 3 cl, 6 dwg
