FIELD: labelling bottles. SUBSTANCE: machine includes turret head for picking labels by lateral surface, unit for coating the with adhesive on surface of drum, conveyer for moving the bottles to section of securing of securing the label coated with adhesive, label picking mechanism, pressure mechanism for bonding the label, drive and pneumatic system. Conveyer is fitted with of adjacent sprockets mounted for gripping and removing the bottles from conveyer at label securing section. Pressure mechanism includes central and side hold-down plates, rods and pneumatic drives. Central hold-down plates are rigidly secured in turret head positions; side hold-down plates are mounted in turret head position by means of hinges and are connected with outputs of pneumatic drives by means of rods. Passage with branches provided in axle is connected to compressed air main; outer surface of this axle this axle is provided with groove connected with atmosphere and circular grooves open near branches. Branches and grooves are located in planes of inlets of pneumatic drives. Label picking mechanism has holder for labels, pusher, guide chute, master cam and gripping levers with projections for limiting the label positions and springs. Chute is mounted between holder and position of receiving the label by turret head. Gripping levers are articulated in positions of turret head and are spring-loaded relative to spring plates for engagement with master cam in order to move them to positions of receiving the labels from chute, transferring it to hold-down plates, keeping them on these plates and releasing at section where label is adhered to bottle. Machine ensures output of 8000 to 9000 labels per hour. EFFECT: increased output. 2 cl, 5 dwg
