FIELD: brewing industry. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mini-breweries for use in catering places and small rest homes. Technology provides for preparing mash with full volume of water. Tightening of mash is performed by slowed- down lifting of wire container in which silt is settled down in clarification step combined with the first cooling step, its subsequent steps Ц fermentation and after-fermentation - being conducted in one multipurpose tank. Slowed-down lifting of wire container is effected with speed from 0.9 to 1.2 cm/min. Container with barley-corn is held in steam during boiling of mash with hop. Structure of installation is distinguished by mounting on cross bars a vertical stick provided with annular sealing, removable wire container matching with load-discharge opening in upper part of boiler. Drive of container is equipped with variator. Annular jacket of boiler communicates cold water-supply pipe and hot water accumulator. In the jacket, resistive electric heaters are mounted, and multipurpose tank is placed in autonomous cooling chamber. Invention reduces brewing cycle and operation area as well as usage of equipment metal and power consumption. Different operations are combined with regard to time and space. Installation is mobile and is appropriate to use domestic electric, water-supply, and sewerage networks. Product is consumed with no filtration and preservatives.
