FIELD: multiple-channel communication systems with time-division multiplexing for information transmission systems which operate in low-bandwidth communication lines with high intensity of pulse noise, in particular, in cars. SUBSTANCE: device uses loop information transmission (non-target sending), choice of simple message formats, use of integration and majority signal processing for processing of information and synchronization signals, possibility to lock device operations.
