Mains terminals 14 are connected to terminals of commutation unit 15, which is connected to protection unit 17 through secondary power supply 16. Goal of invention is achieved by line signal retransmitter 8, animation program storage 10, control signal generation unit 11 and actuating devices unit 12 which are introduced in each peripheral unit.
