In addition device has decoder, analog switch for choice among one of four voltage levels which correspond to decoded signal, adder 40, sound frequency amplifier, circuit for choice of input signal and filter, as well as for choice of filtration circuits of next stage depending on control signal which selects two- position or four-position frequency-shift modulation, for generation of selected output digital voltage or amplified sound circuit which passes through chosen filtration circuit.
