First ball is coupled with shank. Blind threaded hole is made in first ball for connection with shank. Shank is installed in hole of lower cap. Upper ball is fitted in hole of other cap. Ball projects outside through one third of its diameter. EFFECT: prevention of injuries when chipping sheet metal. 6 dwg
