FIELD: production of plastic items.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is dealt with the device for production of plastic items, in particular, plastic caps to close up containers. The device includes the molding blocks, each of which consists of a punch and a die parts. The punch part of the molding block has a punch, in which the compressed air is directly pumped. The air leaves the body of the punch through outlet holes in the way to force separation of the cap from the punch and to facilitate the cap removal. The molding blocks are located on a rotating table with a capability to rotate around a vertical axis. The punch part of the molding block contains a cylindrical shell rigidly linked with a structure of the rotating table and is placed coaxially to the axis of slip of the die part of the molding block. The molding punch has a tubular shaft, the lower part of which forms a chamber and an outer surface of such a shape, which ensures the internal molding of an item. The lower part of the tubular shaft is supplied with the clearing holes coming outside and linked with a source of compressed air. Inside and along a tube located in the shaft there is a thin tube, which together with the first pipe makes a tubular channel connected with the chamber. The cylindrical section and the tubular channel are connected to the ways of delivery and withdrawal of the cooling liquid. The thin tube is connected to the compressed air supply so, that the compressed air may pass the clearing holes between an outside molding surface of the punch and the manufactured item for its removal from the lower part of the molding block. The technical result of use of the device is to ensure fast delivery of the air stream with an increase of its power, as well as to ensure reliable removal of the items from the mold.
