SUBSTANCE: composition contains the first dispersion of lipid bubbles which are capable to penetrate in deep layers of skin and have at least one active agent separated from oxygen-containing agents suppressing free radicals, proteides, sugars, ferments, vitamins, nucleotides and their sequences, microelements, coferments, phospholipids with great content of unsaturated fatty acids, silicon derivatives and vegetable extracts for treatment of deep layers of skin. Composition also has the second dispersion of lipid bubbles which are capable to penetrate in superficial skin layers and contains at least one active agent separated from screening agents, oxygen-containing agents suppressing free radicals, sugars, amino acids, vitamins, keramids, nonsaponifying products prepared from vegetable oils, and sweat components for treatment of these superficial layers.
