SUBSTANCE: composition includes the first dispersion of lipid vesicles capable to penetrate into deep layers of skin and containing at least one active agent such as moistening agents, agents preventing the action of free radicals, keratolytical agents, protids, enzymes, antielastase and anticollagenase agents, and derivatives of fatty acid for treatment of these deep layers; the second dispersion of lipid balls capable to penetrate in skin layers and containing at least one active agent, such as keratolytical agents, agents for applying flexibility, moistening agents, agents restoring the surface, and agents preventing the action of free radicals for treating such surface layers.
