SUBSTANCE: device has hopper, charging chamber with wing feeder and tangential hole, charging branch pipe with material flow cutoff arrangement. Volume of charging chamber does not exceed or is equal to volume of material packed in bag. Wing feeder is made for additional treatment of material at idle running by increasing the speed of rotation of wing feeder. Wing feeder can be made reversible, with wings furnished with means for additional treatment of material on back of wings. EFFECT: enlarged operating capabilities of packing machine. 3 cl, 1 dwg
