FIELD: civil engineering, chemical and other industries; packing machines with wing feeders for packing loose materials in valve bags. SUBSTANCE: device has hopper, charging chamber with wing feeder, charging branch pipe with cutoff arrangement. Feeder wings are provided with shelf-type aerodynamic members on back part. Shelves can be arranged square to or at angle relative to wing surface. Wings and shelves can form together an acute angle pointed to bottom. Surface formed by wing and shelf pointed to bottom can be convex. EFFECT: decreased friction of feeder wings in contact with layer of loose material on bottom of packing machine charging chamber. 5 cl, 6 dwg
