FIELD: environmental control; may be used in elimination of consequences of accident spills of oil and oil products flowing over brook water surface. SUBSTANCE: device has vacuum vessel with front and rear walls, intake pipeline with hydraulic seal and pumps. Device has body with bottom made integral with vacuum vessel. Hydraulic seal is made in the form of horizontal cylindrical flash box. Welded to upper element of flash box is outlet pipe to whose end upper part intake pipeline with open outlet is welded. In addition, device has receiving chamber for heat carrier with perforated wave-baffling wall. Intake pipeline has jacket with inlet and outlet pipes of heat carrier, mainly, stem. Inlet pipe for heat carrier is located along front wall of vacuum vessel, and heat carrier outlet is connected with receiving chamber. Vacuum vessel has chamber for sorbent and is installed from outer rear side of vacuum vessel and provided with metering device and gauze for collection of used sorbent.
