FIELD: collection of oil and oil products from ground surface in cold season. SUBSTANCE: fouled section is covered canopy with framework. Intake gear is placed into formed closed space and heat transfer agent that is directed into heating system for repeat usage is supplied. Collection of heated oil fouling from section localized by canopy is carried out by means of gear incorporating mobile vacuum set which communicates with intake fixture and pumps. One of pumps is connected to heat generator that communicates with space under canopy. Equipment included in mobile vacuum set is heat insulated and has heating system. Canopy with framework and intake fixture are combined in one module that can be moved over fouled section. EFFECT: improved operational efficiency of gear and process. 3 cl, 3 dwg
