FIELD: oil-and-gas industry. SUBSTANCE: located between inner and outer coats is core made from spirally wound steel band embedded in matrix made from plastic material. Outer and inner coats are reinforced by coils made from plastic threads. Method of manufacture consists in making the core between inner and outer coats by spiral winding of steel band on inner coat and applying resin matrix on band. Winding the fibers for inner and outer coats is made at angle determined beforehand relative to axis of pipe resin applied to band is at least partially vulcanized.
