FIELD: forestry. SUBSTANCE: stump puller has working tool made in the form of rotor mounted on double-armed lever which is pivotally connected to frame by hinge and hydraulic cylinders adapted for feeding working tool. Rods of hydraulic cylinders are secured on upper ends of double-armed lever. Apparatus is further provided with slides attached to lower ends of double-armed lever, self-propelled chassis motion control unit with hydraulic distributor mechanically engageable with flags on double-armed lever and hydraulically connected to hydraulic cylinder which is connected with its rod to self-propelled chassis clutch and brake drive, and hydraulic distributor of working tool drive control unit for providing series or parallel engine connection. Working tool drive unit discharge lines are in fluid communication with hydraulic distributor controller of working tool feeding control unit. Drive unit is in fluid communication with hydraulic system of working tool drive via reducing valve system. Such construction allows operator to apply reduced physical force to working tool.
