FIELD: medical engineering; galvanopuncture diagnostics and therapy. SUBSTANCE: device has adaptive self-excited generator of actuating pulses with current regulator, sound indicator, device for acting pulse-to-code conversion for digital indicator, unbalance digital indicator, and active and passive electrodes. Generator forms pulses of different polarity for estimation of point condition, galvanopuncture therapy and for operation of unbalance digital indicator. Actuating pulse generator operates in automatic mode of point condition estimation. Acupuncture point turns to be connected to time-setting circuit of generator with its resistance changing adequately to pathology. Pulses of different polarity vary automatically in compliance with variations of examined point resistance. Formed pulses of different polarity are converted to codes for unbalance digital indication of examined point condition. EFFECT: enhanced accuracy of quantitative estimation of acupuncture point condition. 4 dwg
