FIELD: rubber-processing industry. SUBSTANCE: rubber stabilizer comprises (wt %): 30-70 2,2,4-trimethyl-1,2- dihydroquinoline polymer and 30-70 product as mixture of di-and-tri-tert-butylphenols, the ratio of mixture being as follows (wt %): 6-20 2,6-di-tert-butylphenol; 10-15 2,4-di-tert-butylphenol; and 70-80 2,4,6-tri-tert- butylphenol. Stabilizer makes it possible to widen range of agents which protect rubbers from thermal and azone ageing and to cut down cost thereof. 2 or 3 wt parts of stabilizer are added to rubber mix based on unsubstituted rubbers. EFFECT: improved properties of rubber stabilizers. 4 ex, 5 tbl
