FIELD: rubber industry; production of the stabilizing agents for the rubbers on the basis of the non-saturated caoutchoucks.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of the stabilizing agents for the rubbers on the basis of the non-saturated caoutchoucks and may be used in rubber industry and tire industry. The stabilizing agent for the rubbers according to the invention consists of (in mass %): polymeric compound of 2,2,4-trimethyl-1,2-dihydroquinoline - 30-70 and the phenolamine pitch - 30-70. Pitch represents the product of condensation of the butylated phenols of the following composition ( in mass %): 2,6-di-tretbuthylphenol - 0.5-2.0, 2,4-di-tret-buthylphenol - 22-75, 2,4,6-tri-tret-r buthylphenol - 14-61, mono-, di-substituted buthylphenols - 10.5-15.0 wit hexamethylenetetramine and 1,3,5-trimethyl-hexa-hydro-1,3,5-triazin in the ratio(in mass shares): 100 : 1-8 : 1:8. The technical result of the invention consists in extension of the range of the stabilizing agents for the rubber with the improved operational characteristics.

EFFECT: the invention ensures extension of the range of the stabilizing agents for the rubber with the improved operational characteristics.
