FIELD: mining and construction equipment, in particular, devices for rolling-off the holes in ground used in pile construction, reinforcing of foundations, etc. SUBSTANCE: device includes driving rod and rolling-off member in the form of a number of conical rollers secured by means of eccentric bushings on drive shaft. In this case driving rod, drive shaft and end conical rollers are made hollow and rock-cutting tool is mounted on front end of drive shaft which has side holes closed by spring-loaded piston that allows extension of device application due to possibility of breakage of hard inclusions in ground and supply of mud through hollow members of device to fill hole with mud.
