FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: roller for production of pilot hole in soil is arranged as sectional and comprises driving shaft, eccentric bushes located eccentrically on driving shaft and joined to the latter, and conical and cylindrical rolls installed with the possibility of rotation relative to driving shaft. Back section of roller consists of cylindrical rolls that stabilise direction of roller displacement. Besides the first and last rolls of back roller section have conical shape, at the same time radial-thrust rolling bearings are installed in the first and last rolls of roller. Front section of roller is arranged of two conical rolls, which are mounted on back eccentric journal and front eccentric journal, which is arranged as a whole with driving shaft, besides longitudinal axis of front roll is arranged at the angle α to longitudinal axis of driving shaft and crosses with it on the side of front roll end, and longitudinal axis of back roll is located at the angle β to longitudinal axis of driving shaft and crosses with it on the side of back roller end, at the same time front roller on the side of its back end and back roll on the side of its front end are installed on single ball support.

EFFECT: simplified design of roller, increased accuracy of hole boring in heterogeneous soils and provision for hole making in curvilinear sections.
