FIELD: production of energy from carbonaceous fuel. SUBSTANCE: fuel gas and sensible heat are produced by partial oxidation of fuel by oxygen or oxygen-containing gas. Sensible heat or large part of this heat is conveyed to energy producing unit together with fuel gas. Energy producing unit is turbine cycle with moisture-laden air. This makes it possible to use one and the same set of internal combustion turbine both when using set in turbine cycle with moisture-laden air and when integrating the set into gasification plant.
