FIELD: power industry.
SUBSTANCE: power plant includes housing (1) covered with heat insulation (2). Inside housing (1) an arrangement is made for gasification furnace (3) in the form of a vessel of a cylindrical shape, throughout the volume of which there are gasifying agent inlet channels (5), and initial material feeding device (4) is mounted in the upper part. The lower part of gasification furnace (3) is connected to a cone-shaped grate and an ash removal system. The gasification furnace is combined with gas combustion chamber (7), along the perimeter of the lower part of which there is metal mesh (8) with a catalyst applied onto it. Oxygen-hydrogen fuel cell (9) and air chamber (10) are located behind metal mesh (8). In the upper part of housing (1) at flue gas outlet a provision is made for heat exchanger (11) and stack (12).
EFFECT: invention allows improving processing efficiency of initial raw material and hydrogen-containing gas, and reducing costs for arrangement of a technological process.
