FIELD: aids determining parameters of flight of aircraft or of flow in aerodynamic tunnels. SUBSTANCE: pitot-static tube has shape of rod which convex side surfaces has intake holes connected by pneumatic lines to pipe unions. Curvature radius R of side surface is chosen from relation R/r > 1, where r is radius of circle circumscribed through vertexes of angles of equilateral hexagon in cross-section of rod. Shape of pitot-static tube makes it possible on the one hand to minimize effect of Reynolds number on change of pressure and on the other hand to increase sensitivity of device thanks to growth of derivative of measured pressures along bevel angle which leads to substantial reduction of instrument errors. In addition simplification of design is achieved as well as precision of determination of flight parameters is enhanced in presence of slide due to absence of break trail.
