FIELD: medicine; treatment of respiratory, circulatory and metabolic disturbances. SUBSTANCE: device has series-connected compressor used as pressure source, gas separation module and valve. Valve is coupled to flow transducer. Gas separation module is provided with stack of gas separating membranes for obtaining of hypoxic and hyperoxic mixtures at its outputs. Outputs of gas separation module are coupled with outlet branch pipes of device. One output is coupled directly and the other, through valve and flow transducer.
