FIELD: separation of material. SUBSTANCE: device has housing with inlet, first, and second outlet branch pipes, stack of alternative flat selective gas-separating diaphragms mounted inside the housing on porous spacer, and flexible plate gastight diaphragms with central openings the cross-sections of which are coincident with collector passageway coupled with the first outlet branch pipe. The diaphragms have additional passageways arranged about the central opening. The concave part of the periphery regions of the diaphragms points to the inlet branch pipe and abuts against the housing. The diaphragms can be made of polystyrene, spacer is made of metallic ceramic, diaphragms are made of polyvyniltrimethylsylane, and housing is made of fibre glass and is cylindrical.
