FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves implanting electric stimulation device and electric blocking device. Electric stimulation is carried out with current 0.1-3000 Hz, 0.001-8 ms, 0.001-100 mA synchronizing it with biological rhythms of patient. Electric blocking is carried out with constant current of 0.001-100 mA at 0.1-100 V. Treatment durations and pauses between them are selected between 0.0001 to 24 h. The electric stimulation (blocking) device is switchable in automatic mode at predefined time and under hypoxia signs being detected. It is also switchable in manual mode by patient himself using an external device to enable controlling and programming all parameters of electric stimulation (blocking).
