FIELD: mechanical engineering; continuous transportation machines. SUBSTANCE: conveyor run has covering in form of series overlapping aprons forming angular cavity in between and provided with bent opposite flanges over width, sides of covering (aprons) coupled with axles on ends of which links of outer traction chains are mounted and hinge-mounted support rolls are installed by means of bushings on axles of outer chain. Different web Z-shaped aprons are installed do that larger web of following apron gets behind smaller web of preceding apron. Each apron has two side tenons at each side perpendicular to bent webs and side projection with slot in upper part arranged between tenons square to plane of apron and tenons. Sides forming links of inner traction chains are of two types, outer and inner ones, each made with X-shaped slot engaging with side tenons of aprons and provided with projection between upper parts of X-shaped slot for engagement with slot of side projection of aprons, and with two holes arranged in direction towards periphery from ends of lower parts of X-shaped slot for engagement with axles. Inner sides are installed on axles, and outer sides are fixed on roll bushings. Bushing of each roll has outer support disk located between outer side and roll. Inner link of outer chain nearest to roll is fixed on roll bushing, and outer link is fixed on axle. EFFECT: increased service life. 4 dwg
