FIELD: coal industry, metallurgy, building materials production industry; loading-and- transportation machinery. SUBSTANCE: operating member has two hauling leaf-bushed chains consisting of outer and inner leaves, axles, bushings, and buckets installed between chains. Buckets have pulling and supporting eye plates hinge secured on axles. Opposite bushings of chains are fitted on common axle and are connected through interference fit leaves of chains. Rolls mounted on bushings decrease wear of guides of bucket elevator. Holes in supporting eye plates exceeds diameter of axle by sum of chain leaf pitch error and tolerance for center-to-center distance between hinges of hauling and supporting eye plates.
