SUBSTANCE: device has nonmagnetic base installed on ferromagnetic carrying surface connected with vibration source, and mechanism building friction forces variable in period of vibration. This mechanism is made in form of permanent magnet and ferromagnetic wedge placed between permanent magnet and base and rigidly secured on base in direction of vibrations. Permanent magnet is flexibly installed on base for displacement in direction of vibrations to area of larger or smaller thicknesses of wedge.
