SUBSTANCE: thermal tube is made with boundary of condensation zone located at distance from end surface no less than magnitude found from the following formula: , where 1 is distance from end surface of tube to beginning of condensation zone; n is number of longitudinal grooves; Lth.t is length of thermal tube; Smax is area of cross section of one groove when sizes of grooves are increased within tolerance; Smin is area of cross section of one groove when sizes of grooves are decreased within tolerance; ds,min is minimum diameter of steam passage. Excessive heat-transfer agent due to technological spreads in sizes of longitudinal grooves is beyond condensation zone of thermal tube. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 2 dwg
