FIELD: railway transport; auxiliary equipment for fastening trains at stations after uncoupling of locomotive. SUBSTANCE: device has drive and frame mounted between rails. Frame has carriage, spacer members and fastening beams installed on frame for movement and forming two independent parallelogram systems coupled with drive through tie-rod. Frame of device is furnished with compensators and fastening beams, with clamps (teeth) and stops-catchers of wheelset flanges which have chamfers on their rear parts. At engagement with any train wheelset fixed by device, displacement of instant center of rotation of wheelset from point of contact of wheel tread with surface of rail heads in point of contact of wheelset flanges with stops-catchers on fastening beams is provided and their displacement relative to frame of device towards track slope through distance required for fixing the beams for reliable holding of train is guaranteed. Owing to provision of chamfers on stops- catchers and teeth shifting of train by locomotive in side opposite to track slope is provided for checking coupling of all cars in train prior to releasing the train.
