UNIT FOR RETENTION OF ROLLING STOCK AT STATION TRACKS Russian patent published in 2018 - IPC B61K7/16

Abstract RU 2658746 C1

FIELD: transportation.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to auxiliary railway equipment, namely to fixators for securing rolling stock on station tracks after uncoupling locomotives. Unit retaining composition at station track includes mounted inside the gauge module fixing composition and damping module. Fastening module of the composition contains an electric drive connected via a torque limiting clutch with a screw jack, a frame with a carriage connected to the electric drive by means of a link movably fixed thereon, and a synchronization assembly for the movement of the securing strip. Carriage accommodates spring units, connected with levers coupled with reinforcing bars. Attaching strips are equipped with teeth and stops-traps and are connected to the frame by links and compensators. Synchronization host for the movement of securing strips consists of two pulling arms and a small carriage, which is located inside the carriage fixed on the frame with the possibility of moving along the guides made on the side walls of the carriage. Pulling levers on one side are connected to the levers, and on the other hand to the small carriage. Damping module is assembled from four clamping sections and contains an electric drive connected via a torque limiting clutch with a screw jack, and a frame with a carriage fixed on it. Carriage is connected with screw jack and with levers, which are connected to compensators with equalizing levers. Adjusting levers are connected with inner and outer pushers, swinging on their axles relative to the frame. Adjusting levers and external pushers are connected to each other by means of thrust. On the inner and outer pushers, the inner and outer stripes are fixed, respectively, each of them consisting of a ski with gear units, a base with grooves for locating gear units and a plunger.

EFFECT: increase the reliability of holding the train on the station track due to the synchronous interaction of the securing strips with the wheel pair.
