FIELD: locking and sealing devices. SUBSTANCE: device has body with hole and internal bore, locking rod with head, entering cone and groove, split spring ring. Bore is made with step profile and its diameter on the side of rod introduction into body is smaller than the sum of rod diameter and double thickness of spring ring. Next stage has diameter larger than or equal to the sum of said values. Rod groove has diameter equalling the difference of diameters of end part of body bore and double thickness of spring ring.
