FIELD: hydraulic drives of machines. SUBSTANCE: controller has high- and low-pressure lines, adjustable displacement section of hydraulic machine, and proportional controller of hydraulic machine volumetric displacement. Proportional controller has case accommodating spring-loaded differential piston mounted so that piston and rod sections are formed therein. Pin fixed in position in cross- sectional bore of piston is kinematically linked with adjustable section of hydraulic machine. Piston pin is provided with spring-loaded distributing and throttling valve communicating through its channels with piston and rod spaces and drain. Valve closes piston space channel and rests on one of arms of double-arm lever whose other arm supports booster with chamber. Booster chamber of proportional controller communicates through channel with piston chamber. Opposite end of piston supports adjustable spring. Spring space communicates with drain. Groove provided in central part of piston communicates with high-pressure line of hydraulic machine. Groove communicates through piston channel with plunger chamber. Plunger is placed across piston in sleeve which enters longitudinal slot of cylinder. Plunger rests on rocker arm with pin in cover. On opposite end, rocker arm supports three-line distributor spring-loaded in direction of rocker arm. Distributor ends and one of lines are connected to drain, inlet is connected to control line, and outlet, to piston chamber. Spring sets distributor so as to provide communication between its outlet and control line. Pressure applied to plunger and rocker arm drives distributor outlet into communication with drain. Spring supported by plunger rests on second side of rocker arm. Plunger travel towards spring is limited by means of adjuster in the form of boss on plunger that enters T-shaped radial slot in adjusting piston-screw assembly. Mounted on control line in tandem with first distributor is second three-line spring-loaded distributor controlled from high-pressure line. EFFECT: improved design. 3 cl, 6 dwg
