PISTON HYDRAULIC MACHINE WITH ADJUSTABLE DISPLACEMENT AND ADDITIONAL CONTROL Russian patent published in 2006 - IPC F04B1/26 

FIELD: mechanical engineering; hydraulic machines.

SUBSTANCE: in proposed piston hydraulic machine with adjustable displacement and additional control containing housing, high-and low-pressure lines, displacement control member mechanically coupled with differential piston by means of pin installed in differential piston, said piston is installed in housing to form piston and rod spaces. Rod space communicates with high-pressure line by at least one channel and is connected through hole in differential piston with spool-type distributor arranged in pin. Double-arm lever is installed in hydraulic machine housing on rocking axle. Spool-type distributor rests on one arm of lever with possibility of displacement along lever and other arm of lever is spring-loaded. Machine contains control piston with control chamber. Control piston is installed for acting onto lever from side opposite to lever spring. Hydraulic machine is furnished with second control piston with corresponding control chamber installed in series relative to first control piston for acting onto said piston. One of control chambers is connected with high-pressure line which accommodates cutoff valve. Other control chamber is connected with source of external pressure.

EFFECT: increased stability and improved reliability of operation of piston hydraulic machine owing to provision of controlled cutoff.
