FIELD: hydraulic engineering; working liquid controls. SUBSTANCE: proposed hydraulic control valve provides control of liquid flow delivered to several simultaneously operating consumers regardless of load. Hydraulic control valve has two-way throttling valve in each operating hydraulic line passing through inner space of spool. Throttling valve compensates for pressure differences in consumer loads maintaining equal pressure drop across throttling edges of spools of consumers with different load. Hydraulic control valve provides synchronization of speed of simultaneously operating consumers when total demand of consumers exceeds maximum capacity of pump.
